Short Bio: Nina Sari Ishak is an Indonesian composer who has a vast performance experience and is currently working behind the scenes as music arranger, album producer, and composer for jingles / TV commercials / digital ads brands such as Honda, Blue Band, Ruangguru, Ceritera, Good Doctor, House Curry Japan, and many others through the music production house she started called Stretta Music Production.
Nina Sari Ishak graduated from the Conservatory of Music Pelita Harapan University, Indonesia with a specialization in Professional Contemporary Performance, she also received a music education at Ouachita Baptist University, USA. She was one of Yamaha’s trusted endorsee artist between 2017-2020. Nina has been traveling to play music all around Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Taiwan, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Netherlands, Australia and USA. Her passion is to promote the richness of Indonesian music with innovation, creativity and joyful spirit. Her debut album “Music for Sleeping: Lelap” is launched already on all digital platforms coincides with World Music Day 2021 on March 19, 2021.
Activity: To celebrate the ‘World Sleep Day’ on March 19, 2021, music composer Nina Sari Ishak has released her debut digital album entitled ‘Music for Sleeping: Lelap’, which means deep sleep in Bahasa Indonesia. This special album houses all of Nina’s original work with 10 beautifully crafted piano instrumental solo songs. The album is centered around the theme of rest and lullabies, by focusing on stages of the sleep cycle.
With this project, Nina hopes that listeners will get a sense of calm and peace and enjoy beautiful dreams in their sleep when listening to this album.
