Short Bio: I’m a 4th year PhD student at Human sleep research Laboratory, Department of Neurophysiology, NIMHANS, Bangalore India.

I’m working on modulation of sleep spindles to enhance cognitive performance in patients with Mild Cognitive Impairment.

Activity: It was an online panel discussion (90 minutes) with neurologist, psychiatrist, neurophysiologist, sleep specialists and PhD students who are working on sleep. We had discussion on various aspects of sleep like sleep in RBD, OSA, Movement disorders, and geriatric patients, what is the importance of sleep and its impact on daily life, How sleep changes with aging, what are the various sleep hygiene practices which improves sleep, how sleep in playing role in dementia,.
