Short Bio: Since 2015, I have worked as a clinical neuropsychologist in Honduras. Throughout my professional career, I have been part of several interdisciplinary teams working with neurological diseases. I have participated in case discussions for the evaluation and rehabilitation of patients with neurological diseases such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, sleep disorders or dementia. Interdisciplinary work has allowed me to provide a rehabilitation approach to patients in a comprehensive way and tailored to their specific needs.
Activity: Psychoeducate university students and employees in the basic principles of sleep hygiene. Inform on the causes, symptoms and treatment of sleep disorders. Provide counseling and advice in seeking relevant help to prevent and/or treat possible sleep disorders.
