The same art group created this video-lullaby for Akcent festival (International Festival of Documentary Theatre), the performance gradually blends into a sleep-controlled imagination. We tried to combine art and relaxation through humor and sleep hygiene. The video-lullaby is also accessible online: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yoCALeAel4E

We also created a new website about sleep, where people are able to find information about healthy sleep and sleep disorders. This part of our activity not only brings attention to the topic of sleep, but is especially important in terms of sleep education: http://www.spanek.info

As in previous years, on the occasion of World Sleep Day, we also provided a series of interviews for the national media and podcast Prevention in Medicine. * Kolektiv Nesladim is the author of spots for the “Not lazy, but tired” campaign. The team was founded in 2019 and consists of a group of independent artists from Prague and Paris, who focus on the destigmatization of mental disorders through art production.
