Activity: A yoga nidra experience lasting 1.5 hours with sound. the use of subtle gong sounds with Himalayan bowls with a nidra script to induce a conscious sleep. this workshop will be offered in the community every Friday so long as there is interest, bringing awareness to sleep and an opportunity for much needed rest.
