Short Bio: I am a qualified ‘Clinical Aromatherapist’ and sleep coach. I run health and wellness events as well as the treatments delivered from my therapy business.
Activity: I am taking part in our local high schools annual wellness event for their staff and teachers. Each year I run a workshop on the benefits of Aromatherapy to overall wellness and this year 17th March 2024 I am focusing on essential oils that may be beneficial for achieving a better nights sleep.
