Short Bio: Jockey Club Sleep Well Project is a project funded by the Jockey Club Charity Fund, organized by the Department of Psychiatry, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and co-organized by 5 local non-governmental organizations. It aims to promote awareness towards sleep health and provide accessible and quality service for people who wish to improve their sleep or who experience insomnia. Online stepped care intervention based on cognitive behavioral therapy of insomnia is delivered through an online platform with tools to facilitate users in cultivating habits that sustain healthy sleep pattern.

Activity: The JC Sleep Well project will hold a community campaign from 15 to 17/3/2024. It aims to introduce the project, promote awareness towards sleep health, and celebrate world sleep day with the community. Exhibitions and booth activities around different components related to sleep health will be delivered, including emotions, sleep environment, sleep hygiene and regular sleep wake patterns. Various activities around cultivation of small achievable changes in improving sleep will be held. Participants will also be introduced to the platform for a continuous follow up on interventions and practices on promotion, prevention and early intervention on sleep health and sleep problems.
