Activity: Researchers at the ESRC Centre for Population Change have been investigating the effects of sleep loss, both from the perspective of how the Covid-19 pandemic has affected sleep, as well as how having a baby affects sleep hours and quality. We plan to promote this research via Twitter @CPCpopulation and a story on our website www.cpc.ac.uk as part of World Sleep Day 2022.
