Short Bio: I am a recently retired pediatrician who has been involved in narcolepsy awareness and education for almost 2 decades. In addition to having taught medical students and physicians-in-training, I have given presentations on narcolepsy and pediatric sleep at local, national, and international conferences. I am also the founder of the 'Narcolepsy Bed Race' awareness activity.
Activity: I am will be staffing a booth at the annual Roanoke (VA) Shamrock Festival to raise awareness of narcolepsy and other sleep disorders. This event usually draws thousand of participants from the local and surrounding regions.
