Short Bio: The hospital’s sleep laboratory has a multidisciplinary team where the patient is approached in a global way with the aim of improve your quality of sleep and therefore your quality of life.
Activity: Due to the pandemic an virtual activity was carried out. It was intended for all audiences. We talked about the importance of sleep and provided tools to improve it. Then we talk about sleep apneas, treatment with CPAP and the most frequent inconveniences of its use. Lastly, we interacted with patients where they could ask their questions.
