Activity: In primary care, there has been an increase in consultations for problems with sleeping. As a result, we decided to raise awareness about the benefits of sleep and sleep hygiene.
Susana Valente Maia prepared a leaflet including advice for better sleeping habits for the general public. Doctors and nurses distributed these leaflets to all USF patients on March 15, 2024.
