Activity: Our working group (comprised of physicians, physiotherapists, dentists, speech therapists and others) promoted a lecture ministered by Dr. Stella Tavares, following the theme of sleep day. It was emphasized the need for sleep for all, consequences of sleep deprivation and the need to seek greater access for the population to the diagnosis and treatment of sleep disorders promoting sleep equity.
In addition, it was posted on the Instagram of our hospital publication emphasizing the need for good sleep and consequences of sleep deprivation. As well as, 4 Stories was published by responding to the harms of the use of screen to sleep, adolescent sleep, the need for sleep hygiene and proper amount of hours of sleep.
