Short Bio: I am Dr Olajide Obembe, a psychiatrist practicing in Nigeria. I attend to a lot of patients with sleep disorders.
I am currently a tier 1 student of world sleep academy.
Activity: I distributed educational materials on sleep to patients attending the outpatient clinics of a psychiatric hospital in Lagos, Nigeria. I organized a short training session for few resident doctors in the hospital. These doctors helped in distributing the printed educational materials to the patients. The aim was to improve the knowledge the patients have on sleep, and there improve there chance of attaining sleep equity.
