Short Bio: I’m a Neurologist with fellowship in Epilepsy/Sleep Medicine. I cleared the World sleep society- International Sleep disorder specialist examination in 2018. I was also the student of the first batch of world sleep academy. I’m in-charge of the Sleep Lab at our Hospital.
Activity: On the occasion of World sleep day 2024, we conducted multiple activities targeting different audiences. Sharing some of the activities to raise awareness regarding importance of sleep :
(1) Held a press conference on 15th March-2024 inviting health journalists at our hospital to raise awareness regarding importance of sleep for our mental and physical health
(2) Wrote articles on the importance of sleep which were published in national, regional languages
