Short Bio: It’s a Playground (IAP) is a global wellbeing education and leadership development organisation that brings the science of thriving to life in an accessible, inspiring way, so we can all live our best lives and build healthier communities and workplaces.
Activity: Join us for this interactive, expert-led workshop where we discuss the science behind sleep and practical ways to promote good sleep.
The session will run online via zoom from 9am – 10am UTC.
The 60 minute session will be a blend of anonymous polls, videos, activities and chat engagement and will cover:
– Understanding sleep
– What is sleep hygiene?
– Common sleep problems and promoting better sleep
– Pause and reflect on your sleep and consider ways of improving it and resources you can access for support
It’ll also be an opportunity to connect with others and share tips and tools with each other and you’ll receive a handout and additional tools to share with your community.
Your facilitator will be IAP Founder and Lead Facilitator Laura Rigden.
