Short Bio: I’m a Clinical Nutritionist and Dietitian, former (Retd) HOD Dietetics Christian Medical College Vellore .Got associated with Saksham Society Jaipur Rajasthan as honorary member , a resource person from Feb 2020 onwards, for the online health awareness programs. Last Nov 14 I accepted the post of National Head (Hon) for the National Wellness Awareness Program of this NGO and conducting one to two online ( free) health Awareness programs every month under this platform.
Activity: Under NWAP-SSJR Series, we are conducting one day online free Awareness Webinar on Importance of Sleep for good health .As to encourage more participation I will be Celebrating World Sleep Day on Sunday 19th March, instead of 17th March .
