Short Bio: Dr Lindsay Browning is a UK based chartered psychologist, neuroscientist, author and sleep expert. She founded Trouble Sleeping in 2006 to help companies and individuals with better sleep. Dr Browning’s qualifications include two degrees in neuroscience and psychology and also a doctorate from the University of Oxford where she specifically studied the treatment of insomnia. She is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the British Sleep Society and a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Dr Browning also recently published the self-help sleep book, Navigating Sleeplessness.

Activity: When women go through the menopause, one of the first things to be negatively affected is their sleep. Often, sleep disrupted by anxiety provoking hormonal fluctuations and physical hot flashes and night sweats can lead to a more permanent insomnia.

This free webinar will offer advice for how best to deal with the sleep disruptions caused by the menopause. Dr Lindsay Browning, from Trouble Sleeping, is running this free webinar for women dealing with the menopause and for the people in their lives who would like to learn more about how best to support them.
