Short Bio: Soda Kuczkowski is a Sleep Health Educator and Certified Sleep Coach with over 17 years of experience in the fields of sleep medicine, as well as sleep health, and coaching. She is the founder of START WITH SLEEP, LLC, an organization that serves as a community resource for sleep health advocacy by providing programming and training for health professionals, school systems, and corporate wellness initiatives.

Additionally, she also owns The Doze, a retail boutique that provides a curated line of sleep-enhancing tools and support services including sleep coaching, consulting, and home sleep testing.

Activity: As part of START WITH SLEEP’s mission towards advocacy for the importance of sleep health in the workplace, this year founder and sleep health educator, Soda Kuczkowski will deliver a keynote to Erie I BOCES at their Creating Healthy Schools and Communities Wellness Conference titled – “Rest, Recharge, Thrive: Building Strong Foundations for Sleep Health”.

The program will emphasize our commitment to advocating for sleep health in the workplace and promoting wellness in educational settings. The presentation will highlight the significance of integrating sleep education into school wellness programs, fostering a culture of health that benefits the entire school community. By prioritizing educator well-being, we set a positive example for students, encouraging healthy habits that extend beyond the classroom and into the home environment.

The keynote will explore how sleep education can enhance overall health and well-being, support learning and development, and serve as a vital tool for stress management and performance optimization.
