Short Bio: Dr Sexton-Radek has over sixty peer-reviewed publications of books, book chapters, edited works and articles on topics of sleep health and sleep medicine. She has over seventy-five local, regional, state, national and international peer-reviewed presentations on Sleep Medicine and Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Sleep Disturbances and Disorders.
Activity: World Sleep Day at Elmhurst University will be held March 14, 2024, from 6:30-7:30pm CST in the Student Center Main Floor, Founders Lounge.
Poster presentations of student proposals and research projects on sleep health promotion interventions will follow a short presentation by Dr. Sexton-Radek. All participants will be invited to visit the poster presentations following the presentation.
