Prior to becoming an adult sleep coach, Kali Patrick spent more than two decades working in and managing teams within hi-tech organizations. Her nationally-recognized board certification in health and wellness coaching, coupled with her training in yoga/meditation and Yoga Therapy, is complimented by her personal experiences with both insomnia and burnout.
