Activity: Our March Wellness challenge is a Sleep Challenge. This one is more relaxing, but sleep is equally as important for our well-being.
By tracking sleep each night in March we can learn more about our sleep patterns and what makes us feel refreshed the next day.
Participants in this wellness challenge make a copy of this sleep tracker and fill it in for all 31 nights of sleep in March. Keeping notes on how they felt throughout the day to find what sleep cycles work best for them.
