Short Bio: London-based, Natalja Maia, a devoted mother of three girls, and an expert in baby and child healthy sleep. Her journey began with the arrival of her first newborn, where she intimately experienced the relentless exhaustion of sleep deprivation. This revelation triggered an insight, if she struggled, surely her baby did too. Natalja’s passion for optimizing sleep as a cornerstone of well-being blossomed into a career transition. Leaving behind a successful career in the tech travel company, she embarked on a mission as a child sleep consultant. In 2021, Natalja earned accreditation from the Family Sleep Institute, paving the way for her to found Natalja Maia Sleep Consulting. Across the globe, she aids families in overcoming sleep obstacles while championing safe sleep practices and nurturing healthy habits. Natalja is proudly affiliated with esteemed organizations such as the World Sleep Society and the British Sleep Society, propelling her commitment to promoting restful nights and brighter days for families everywhere.

🌙 Join me for the “Being a Good Sleeper” workshop at the local Montessori nursery school, tailored for children aged 2-4 years old, on March 14, 2024. Together, we’ll explore the wonders of sleep, its significance, and why it’s crucial for our well-being. Dive into the enchanting world of sleep with fun facts, and a captivating story featuring Starla, the Sleep Fairy (penned by yours truly), and get hands-on with crafting personalized bedtime routines. Each participant will receive a Certificate of Participation, marking their journey towards becoming a champion sleeper. Parents will receive invaluable insights into age-appropriate sleep needs and practical tips to navigate bedtime hurdles.

📝 Attention, parents and educators! Keep an eye out for the upcoming newsletter, slated for release on March 15, 2024, from the local primary school. In this edition, I’ll be delving into the paramount importance of sleep for children aged 4-11. With a school population exceeding 600 pupils, this piece aims to enlighten and empower families with the knowledge to foster healthy sleep habits for their little ones.

👶✨ Calling all new families and parents-to-be! In celebration of Sleep Day, I’m thrilled to offer a special gift: “The Fourth Trimester: What a Newborn’s Parents Should Know About Sleep” guide.
