Activity: On World Sleep Day March 17, 2023 We celebrated and created awareness of “Sleep is Essential for Health”. We did a patient engagement activity with education about sleep disorders and presented the US Veterans in the San Juan VA Medical Center with oral and written information about sleep disorders, sleep hygiene and apnea equipment. We showcased different CPAP masks and PAP devices as well as educated about equipment use and maintenance.
