Short Bio: We provide mental health care in Wroclaw, Poland since 2015.
Our staff includes English-speaking psychologists, licensed cognitive-behavioral psychotherapists and an English-speaking psychiatrist. We help people suffering from anxiety, depression, insomnia and many other conditions offering psychotherapy, counselling and medical consultations.
Activity: We invite people concerned about their sleep to book a free consultation with our mental health professionals. This is an opportunity to take care of the quality of sleep and increase it’s meaning in general health and wellbeing. Consultation with a professional aims to diagnose the problem and discuss best treatment options. It’s also an opportunity to talk about sleep hygiene and some basic advise on how to get a proper rest.
On our website we share articles about prevention of sleep problems and CBT treatment for insomnia.
