Activity: 1. Presentation titled “Sleep is Medicine” to combined High School classes at Falsyd School at Achimota in Accra, Ghana. Audience included students and staff. Aim was to increase knowledge of, and awareness of the importance of sleep to health and increase e awareness of sleep disorders. Done on March 13, 2024
2. March 15, 2024. At University of Ghana Medical Center (UGMC): As part of World Sleep Day, had a short lecture on Sleep, followed by Open House or Open Day. This provided a tour of the sleep lab, explaining the setup for a full PSG, and demonstrating performance of a PSG as well as HST
