Short Bio: I’m Eduardo Vásquez, MD. Neurologist and an Sleep Physician from Chile.
Activity: The 15th of this month I’m starting a podcast in Spanish called “Sueño Conciencia”. (“Conscious Sleep” in English)
The main focus is to provide evidence based education in Spanish for the general public about sleep medicine and the importance of sleep in wellbeing. In my view, education and awareness is first step in achieving equity in sleep.
My idea was to launch the first episode on the World Sleep Day.
