As a part of my awareness program about sleep, I do conduct interesting activities every year.

I have delivered a talk, on topic quality sleep and Sleep Hygiene.
The talk was organized for Nachaitanya hasya (laughter) club.
It was attended by around 60 members of club. The age group was 50-80 years.
The talk was very well appreciated by all, personally as well as as a response to my Fb post.

The article was published in local English newspaper, to create awareness about importance of sleep.
