Activity: We from Nithra Institute of Sleep Sciences organized an awareness rally by distributing pamphlets, holding placards, displaying a banner related to Sleep Hygiene measures, drowsy driving, sleep apnea, insomnia etc. The rally spanned over 2km and nearly 20 of our Staff members participated to spread the message “SLEEP IS ESSENTIAL FOR HEALTH”
