Course of Sleep Apnea Management
An important step for the development of sleep medicine is to train general physicians.
This course will provide a comprehensive overview of the major aspects of Sleep Apnea Management. It will especially focus on practical training of physicians dealing with adults with upper airway obstructions that can lead to obstructive sleep apnoea (OSAS) that require continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) or noninvasive ventilation (NIV). Through practical interactive cases, participants will learn how to manage individual patients and understand which equipment (interfaces and devices) should be used for each case.
