1. Brochures about sleep hygiene will be handed out for patients hospitalised in Department of Neurology,Kaunas Clinics, Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
2. Lecture about sleep physiology, diagnostics and treatment of sleep disorders for medical student of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences.
3. Launching of the specialised internet blog “Bear Sleep” about sleep basics, sleep diagnostics and treatment: www.meskosmiegas.lt.
