Short Bio: I am a nutritionist and parenting educator with 12 years experience in nutrition and 8 in parenting. One of my passions is sleeping issues and how to help parents schedule and train their children. I read books, do some research and some of my studies included sleep and I am studying it continuously.
Activity: Short videos talking about sleep topics. Spread awareness through a radio segment I present weekly. Spread awareness through my social media. Translate all material into Arabic and print it as free magazine awareness parts in my courses and lectures, plus dedicated lectures about sleep.
