Activity: MQ Health Wellness Series: Get Better Sleep for Better Health

Sleep is important to our health and well-being. Yet, sleep is often misunderstood, and none of us can function without it. How exactly does sleep impact our health? How do we make it a priority in our busy lifestyles? In the lead up to World Sleep Day, join us to gain a deeper understanding of sleep and what you can do to get better sleep for better health.
The event will feature presentations by MQ Health clinicians and academics, and an opportunity ask questions. Topics covered include:
• The importance of sleep
• Common misconceptions
• Sleep conditions and disorders
• Treatment options and seeking help
• Good sleep habits for you and your family
• Sleep’s contribution to physical, psychological and social well-being
