Short Bio:
Sleep Healthy for School runs sleep educations sessions aimed at pre-schoolers. We talk about why growing bodies need sleep and healthy sleep habits, and use songs, puppets and audience participation to get our message across, along with written materials left at the centres for parents and caregivers.
