Activity: I will be delivering a one hour professional development workshop on Sleep Health to staff members who work at the Health Centre at HMAS Cerberus, Victoria. This will be the first World Sleep Day activity run at HMAS Cerberus, but hopefully also the first of many more to be run.

Short Bio: Kate Meyer has worked as a military psychologist for over 15 years. She is particularly interested in the causes and treatment of sleep disturbances in the military population and is passionate about helping military personnel achieve good quality sleep to help maintain their health and wellbeing.
