In the World Sleep Day, the Fundación Neumológica Colombiana conducted an educational activity. A bus designed for health promotion in the community was located in an important shopping center in Bogota.
Nurses and physiotherapists were present, to resolve concerns and raise awareness about sleep problems. They distributed booklets (attached) and one pillow (below) with information of sleep hygiene (adults and children).
