Short Bio: Adrijana Košćec Bjelajac, Ph.D., assistant professor, psychologist and psychotherapist, works at the Institute for Medical Research and Occupational Health, Zagreb, Croatia and in her private psychotherapy practice. She also teaches at the University of Zagreb graduate courses Psychology of Sleep and Wakefulness, Creative techniques in Counseling and Psychotherapy and Psychotherapy Modalities. She has been actively involved in circadian rhythm, stress, health and quality of life research for many years, primarily interested in developmental aspects of sleep and sleep related daytime functioning in adolescents, adults, and older adults.
