I planned the lecture “Good Sleep is a Reachable Dream” for the pupils of public schools and their teachers. Information about this, in English and Georgian, was placed on the website. Beritashvili center of experimental biomedicine (www.biomedicine.org.ge) and its Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Ivane-Beritashvili-Center-Of-Experimental-Biomedicine-120742247958349/) on 17 March.

Higher grade Pupils of two public schools (#5 and #15), their teachers and staff of the Lab Neurobiology of Sleep-Wakefulness Cycle were present on the lecture “good sleep is a reachable dream”. Pupils were highly interested; they had many questions and received big information about sleep, sleep complaints and high significance of mode and hygiene of sleep.
