Short Bio: Beatrix is a sleep coach, speaker and the author of The Sleep Deep Method®. Having struggled with insomnia and burning herself out in her mid-twenties, she spent the last 10 years researching sleep and learning that in order for us to sleep well at night, we need to look much deeper than just how tired we are. She believes that sleeping well at night is a skill that we can all develop.
She recently completed the Edinburgh Sleep Science Course, accredited by the Royal Society of Physicians and continues her research as a Senior Associate of the Royal Society of Medicine.
In her private coaching practice, she works with CEOs, Senior Managers and Entrepreneurs to help them overcome insomnia and other sleep-related problems.
As a speaker, she helps and supports organizations to deal with insomnia related performance issues at work by providing interactive workshops, seminars, and webinars.

Activity: Talk at The Sleep Show – London UK
This year, as part of my World Sleep Day activities, I spent a day at The Sleep Show, a part of The Mindful Living Show in London. I had the opportunity to give a 30-minute talk to a full room about achieving healthy sleep, and to bust some myths about all triggers for insomnia being the same.
We discussed what great sleep means, some of the statistics about the scale of sleep problems in the UK, the range of sleep problems that might be impacting each person. I then shared practical tools and techniques for the attendees to start using straight away.

Please see the short video from the talk on my YouTube Channel: https://youtu.be/FNm3XJifSrg

I also presented a free lunchtime talk at the Barbican Library on 14th March 2019

Location: London, UK

Date of Activity: 16th March 2019
