Activity:
WeSleep “Improve Your Sleep Naturally” (London, United Kingdom) www.WeSleep.co.uk

Having Trouble getting a good night’s sleep? WeSleep’s workshops are for you.
Learn how to improve your sleep, naturally…

WeSleep (http://www.wesleep.co.uk) provides an introduction to complementary therapies designed to tackle sleep issues in a healthy way. Founded by Julie Wright, a media executive who battled with sleep issues for almost 10 years. She turned her struggle on its head to create WeSleep.

WHAT: 2-to-3 hours workshops covering topics such as the Science of Sleep, Emotional Freedom Technique, Hypnotic Re-patterning, Craniosacral, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, Nutrition, Herbalism and more. Our Experts lead interactive talks, taster sessions and exercises. They also give practical sleep tips, techniques, take-aways and live demonstrations of alternative therapeutic solutions for sleeplessness and insomnia.

WHEN & WHERE:
London East & City – March 21, 2017 (6:30pm-8:30pm) at Yurt Café, 2 Butcher Row, London, E14 8DS (across the street from Limehouse DLR station – Bekesbourne Street exit)

WHO IS THIS FOR: for people struggling to get a good night’s sleep. Up at night because of worries, stress, work or simply life’s pressures. For exhausted parents or jet-setters whose sleep is often interrupted. For light sleepers awakened by the slightest noise.

WHY: When embarking on a journey to regain sleep, it is important to learn about how our bodies work and learn the science and biochemistry of sleep. It’s also important to explore a range of solutions, because one size doesn’t fit all. There are so many therapies and buzz words out there… and often we don’t know what they really mean or what they can do for us.

WeSleep combines learning with a practical experimentation of a range of natural therapies. While being guided through a reflection process. Ultimately the goal is for participants to walk away with a better sense of their own sleep issues and the beginnings of a personalised sleep strategy.

We sleep. We dream. And we then feel…
… calm. safe. rested. energized. ready. curious. hopeful. invigorated. productive.

What this is not:
WeSleep is not a medical nor psychotherapy center, nor a sleep clinic. Our approach does not seek to solve deep-rooted psychological or mental health problems.

Short Bio:
Big life changes and events in all aspects of my life have affected my sleep. Corporate and political pressures at work, family and fertility issues, relationships gone wrong, losing my job, losing people I care about… as well as feeling the excitement for every positive step in my life, towards a better future full of possibilities and opportunities, yet feeling that I never have enough time to do fulfill all of my ambitions or do things well enough!

As a media and entertainment consultant under Libra Rising Limited, I support innovative businesses and start ups bringing new concepts to the well-being, entertainment and travel industries. Previously, I have gathered my most significant professional experience as a business executive at Paramount Pictures, Disney ABC Television, Warner Music Group, RealNetworks and more recently at The Box Plus Network (Channel 4). Whether in my earlier career or throughout all of my roles, I have worked in event organisation and catering in the UK, US and France for a range of private, corporate and media clients.

In the past, I have been contributing to people’s happiness by bringing entertainment to their lives. But now, as the founder of WeSleep, my aim is now to help people live better lives by improving their sleep. My motto is: Sleep more, Live more.
