New Zealand 2016: Sleep Radio

Sleep Radio, led by John Watson, is promoting World Sleep Day to its listeners and social media community.

On World Sleep Day (March 18, 2016) to mark the occasion we will be playing the full 8 hour lullaby version of Max Richter’s acclaimed “SLEEP” three times every 24 hour period for the following week starting at starting it at midnight NZ time.  This will be the first World Sleep Day event on March 18th.

Short Bio: Sleep Radio was founded by John Watson in Auckland, New Zealand in July 2014 and now broadcasts from Te Aroha. After being diagnosed with clinical depression in 2012 and sleeping difficulty, he found that specific ambient music helped him to sleep.
