Chile 2014: CENTRE FOR SLEEP DISORDERS OF CLINICA ALEMANA DE SANTIAGO

1. They created an Insomnia program that includes a Sleep Physician evaluation (neurologist and psychiatrist) and cognitive behavioral therapy when appropriate. For this, one of their nurses went last year to learn cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and incorporated to our group a psychologist trained in  CBT. They launched the program on World Sleep Day. For that, they organized an interactive community directed talk in which all of their team was present. They presented the program, someone from their team, a psychiatrist and nurse gave some talks and organized a round of questions from the public (picture of the event below).
