Short Bio: Dr. Arturo Garay is MD and PhD in Medical Sciences of the National University of La Plata, Buenos Aires, Argentina. He was postdoctoral fellow of the Sleep/Wake Center of Providence Center, Seattle, WA, USA; Neurophysiology Labs-Sleep/Wake Center of the University of Chicago Hospitals, Chicago, IL, USA and the Center for Noninvasive Brain Stimulation-Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Harvard Medical School, Boston, USA. He is a Founder Member and Ex-President of the Argentinean Association of Sleep Medicine (AAMS). His work is largely confined to clinical neurophysiology and sleep disorders. At present, he heads the Section of Sleep Medicine-Neurosciences Unit at the Center of Medical Education and Clinical Investigations (CEMIC), Buenos Aires, Argentina.
