Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: This year, I collaborate with my colleague Dr. Hoang Chau Bao Dinh, Neurology department, Tam Anh Hospital, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam to create a series of posts on social media (Facebook) about sleep health in increase awareness in the community. The content includes: 1) the function of sleep; 2) the important role of sleep in promoting physical, mental health and well-being; 3) some common sleep disorders; 4) tips to have a sound sleep and increase sleep quality.
