Delegate Short Bio: Actually a neurologist in Vietnam, I want to become a sleep specialist, particularly in sleep disorders related to neurological diseases. I have completed a 6 months full time training of sleep medicine in a sleep laboratory of Vietnamese Society of Sleep Medicine (VSSM) and have about 5 years of clinical practice in sleep medicine and sleep education in my country. I have also successfully passed the World Sleep Society (WSS) sleep board examination organized in Thailand in December 2023.
I’m participating in the World Sleep Academy 2026, tier 1.
Scope of Activity: Individual activity
Activity: This year, I collaborate with my colleague Dr. Uyen Ha, Neurology department, University Medical Center, Ho Chi Minh city, Vietnam to create a series of posts on social media (Facebook) about sleep health in increase awareness in the community. The content includes: 1) the function of sleep; 2) the important role of sleep in promoting physical, mental health and well-being; 3) some common sleep disorders; 4) tips to have a sound sleep and increase sleep quality.
