Short Bio: I believe that everyone deserves access to quality sleep through natural means, and only this way can sleep be sustainable in the long term. This opinion was not formed lightly; in a ten year search for solutions to my own and other’s sleepless nights, I studied everything and tried most. It turned out that any realistic, valuable solution, came from nature. Like Wool. It’s nature’s sleeping pill, with no side-effects to humans or the planet. This thinking is applied to everything we make.
Activity: Sleep Naturally Mini-Expo. We are inviting everyone to the world’s first “Sleep Naturally Mini-Expo” featuring five experts in the sleep health areas of, Wellness Psychotherapy, Physical Therapy, Yoga, Acupuncture and even the Biology of the Bedroom. Each will host a mini-talk, answer audience questions, and present tools and products that can help them achieve high quality sleep.
