Short Bio: Elizabeth is a supervisor at the NYU Winthrop Sleep Disorders Center. She has a Masters in Applied Experimental Psychology and a Post Master’s Certificate in Sleep & Sleep Disorders in Health and Disease. She is a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist and has a Certification in Clinical Sleep Health. She is an avid Sleep Health advocate, increasing sleep health awareness by facilitating a CPAP support group, giving talks to the public, and presenting at health fairs.
Activity: An email will be distributed campus-wide at NYU Winthrop Hospital to all users on March 15, 2019 providing facts about sleep health and the impact that neglecting sleep can have on an individual. Additionally, links to informational websites on sleep will be included in the email. This activity is designed to promote sleep health awareness in for their patients, friends, family, and themselves.
