Activity: There will be two sets of activities
One to engage primary care providers and residents with a series of three talks as below:
March 9/2026 12:30 to 1:10pm “How to approach a sleep-related complaint”
March 11/2026 12:30 pm to 1:10pm ” Sleep and cardiovascular Heath”
March 12,2026 12:30 to 1:10 pm “Insomnia”
The second set of activities will occur in two community health centers on March 13/2026 World sleep day with distribution of:
A-Flyers about appropriate sleep to adults patients
B-Limited numbers of books about the concept of sleep to children
The flyers for adults are available in 11 languages and will be available subsequently electronically
