Scope of Activity: Enduring program
Activity: For World Sleep Day, The Doze will launch a World Sleep Day content series centered on helping our audience connect the science of sleep with everyday life. As part of this effort, we will highlight a featured episode of The Doze Podcast, “The True Cost of Sleep in Everyday Life,” across our digital platforms to reinforce the message that sleep is essential to health and deeply connected to the way we live, work, relate, and function each day.
This activity is designed to support this year’s World Sleep Day focus by helping our audience understand that sleep health is multidimensional. Rather than viewing sleep only through the lens of bedtime or sleep duration, this campaign encourages individuals to think more broadly about how sleep affects emotional well-being, relationships, work performance, resilience, focus, and overall quality of life. Through podcast promotion and supporting digital content, we will encourage our audience to reflect on the physical, emotional, social, and financial impact of poor sleep while also exploring realistic ways to begin making changes that support more restorative rest.
The goal of this activity is to help our community see sleep as an essential and practical part of everyday wellness, not just something to think about when they are already exhausted. By using an existing platform that combines education with real-life application, The Doze continues its mission of translating sleep science into meaningful, everyday support that helps people live, work, and perform with greater intention.
