In the Community Violence Intervention (CVI) field, the physical and emotional demands of leadership can take a toll on health of emergency first responders, violence interrupters, and community mediators from around the country of United States. I have partnered with Advance Peace, a national organization dedicated to ending cyclical and retaliatory gun violence in American urban neighborhoods.

I hold webinars that are scheduled every 3 months and Myo Office hours twice a month for credible messengers who are working to build healthier, safer and more just communities by transforming the lives of individuals at the center of gun violence, HEALING COMMUNITIES.

The goals are to improve leadership with focus, composure, and resilience to manage stress more effectively in high-pressure environments by improving sleep health: Make sleep health a priority for healing and recovery

Throughout the series, participants will discover 4 macronutrients of sleep: quality, quantity, regularity and timing, sleep hygiene and proper breathing.
