Format:
The game will follow the traditional Jeopardy format with different categories and questions of varying difficulty levels.
Categories:
. Sleep Disorders:
• Questions related to common sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy).
. Treatment Options:
• Information about different treatments and interventions for sleep-related issues.
. Sleep Hygiene:
• Questions focusing on healthy sleep habits and practices.
. Importance of Sleep:
• Emphasizing the significance of good quality sleep for overall health and well-being.
. Fun Facts:
• Entertaining facts and trivia related to sleep.

Participants: Participants will include any employee of the practice. They will need to wear a pajama during the session. They will form teams. Each team will include a provider, a nurse, a medical assistant and 1-2 clerical employees.

Game Rules:
• Each team selects a category and point value.
• A question is presented, and the team has to answer within a specified time.
• Correct answers earn points, while incorrect answers result in point deductions.
• The team with the highest score at the end wins.
